You hear the word “networking” used a lot lately and for good reason. Networking is an excellent tool that can be used for all types of business functions. Networking can assist companies with the development of a safety program, HR functions, product development, etc. The possibilities are endless.

Networking can make life easier when it comes to setting objectives and goals. Companies and safety professionals use networking to assist with the overcoming of hurdles, questions, development and whatever else is required to achieve objectives and goals of a company.

Why try to reinvent the wheel when someone has already done the leg work? When people network, they talk about what they are working on and what their successes and failures are. This can help others to be able to continue on their path without having to lose precious time making the same mistakes, or without doing a function that may or will fail.

If you were given the opportunity to ask questions of a company that is working on a similar project that could cut your development time in half and potentially have an 80 per cent success rate, would you take it?

Made Safe offers a multitude of opportunities to practice the art of networking through our Quarterly Safety Meetings (the next meeting is scheduled for September 6, so sign up today!), regional safety meetings, and training sessions.

Please join us for our available networking session by registering at info@madesafe.ca. Great networking opportunities await you!

Success. Thank You!
